Yesterday’s Job Safety Analysis was officially replaced with a far more important risk assessment…

The team had unanimously agreed that:
✅ Productivity could wait.
✅ The toolbox meeting was a match discussion.
✅ All work-related conversations were postponed until after the final whistle.

Hazards identified:

* Excessive cheering 📣
* Heart rates above safe operating limits ❤️
* Sudden celebrations causing coffee spills ☕
* Arguments over refereeing decisions 🤦‍♂️

Today we celebrate one incredible year of Lizelle being part of the Airfreeze family and what a year it has been.
