Putting performance to the test at Yarraville Garden House.

Last week, the team carried out a blower door test on site - an important process in measuring the airtightness of the home and identifying any areas where unwanted air leakage may be occurring. A high performance wrap, UPVC windows and HRV system all work together to seal and regulate the home's temperature while reducing the amount of air changes per hour.

It's a small but critical milestone to ensure we are builidng a the energy efficient, high-performing home our clients invisigned.

The team recently caught up at our Mt Eliza project to celebrate the awesome progress! Taking time to celebrate the team and enjoy a BBQ together is just as important as the work we do on site.

The architecture is starting to speak for itself.

As Wimborne continues to take shape, the design intent is shinning through. Curved forms, carefully considered rooflines, sculptural staircase and a refined material palette are uniting to create a home that's both distinctive and timeless.

It's these architectural moments - where proportion, light and material intersect - that define the character of a project long before it's complete.

A concrete pour is one of the most important stages of any build. Months of planning, excavation, services, formwork and reinforcement all come together in a single day to create the foundation the entire home will be built upon.

It's a true team effort, with every trade working together to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

A dialogue between heritage and contemporary design.

Wilgah Residence balances the character of the original home with a bold contemporary addition.

Traditional detailing, decorative mouldings and heritage proportions transition into a modern extension defined by rich materials, strong geometry and expansive glazing. The contrast is intentional, allowing both old and new elements to be celebrated rather than compete.
