Safety checks of electrical appliances, fixtures & installations at least every 2 years help to keep occupants safe from electrical faults & ensure landlords & property managers are fulfilling their obligations.

As of 29/3/21 the Residential Tenancies Act in Victoria make these checks mandatory. All work is carried out by a licensed electrician & in accordance with the AS/NZ3019 Standards.
