We are a highly experienced, professional arborist company proudly servicing Echuca, Moama and surrounding areas, with travel available for jobs further afield.

When our customers want the best, we aim to deliver the best. We are extremely particular and passionate about the work we do, and we take great pride in every job, no matter the size.

What sets us apart is our experience, qualifications, teamwork and attention to detail. All of our staff are qualified arborists or are currently working towards their qualifications. The team did a fantastic job today, giving this palm tree a detailed clean-up and tidy. 💪🌿

It was also a great opportunity for one of our apprentices to get some valuable climbing experience and build their skills on the job. 🧗‍♂️🌴

🌧️ Wet weather means maintenance time! 🔧

Today’s wet weather gave us a fantastic opportunity to get on top of our maintenance and make sure we’re ready for the silly season ahead.

Maintaining our equipment is a major part of our industry. We take a lot of pride in making sure everything is serviced, running smoothly and kept in top condition.

We’re very particular when it comes to the quality of work we provide, and we’re just as particular about how we look after our equipment. We believe that having clean, well-maintained and reliable equipment is a big part of delivering the quality service our clients deserve.

We’re Hiring – Arborist / Grounds Crew

With our busy season fast approaching, we’re looking for a motivated new team member to join our professional arborist crew. If you enjoy working outdoors, aren’t afraid of hard work, and want to be part of a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

This is a hands-on position that includes a variety of tree work and ground operations, including:

* Ground crew duties
* Operating wood chippers
* Raking and site clean-up
* Loader operation
* Stump grinding
* Chainsaw work
* Rigging and lowering operations
* Equipment maintenance and keeping machinery clean and well-presented
* Opportunities to work from an EWP (tower) and, for the right person, climbing

You’ll be working in a fast-paced team environment where safety, communication, and teamwork are essential.

This position starts as casual, with the opportunity to move into a full-time role for the right candidate.

What We’re Looking For

* Physically fit and capable of demanding manual work
* Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
* Able to work efficiently in a team with a positive attitude
* Mechanically minded and takes pride in looking after equipment
* Arborist experience preferred
* Chainsaw experience preferred
* Truck licence is a big advantage
* Willing to undergo drug and alcohol testing when required
* Available for occasional overtime and emergency call-outs for storm or urgent tree work

Tree work is recognised as one of the world’s most hazardous occupations, so safety is our number one priority. We’re looking for someone who is switched on, safety-conscious, and committed to doing the job properly.
