Brick stage for David and Katharina 🧱

The Twin Water 380 is really taking shape for David and Katharina, with brickwork now going up on their home in Pelican Waters. It's a great milestone to watch: the walls start to define each room, and you can finally picture the layout coming to life.

A big shoutout to Boral for supplying the quality bricks for this build.

Fit-out stage in Pelican Waters 🛠️

Cara and Puneest's Mandalay 338 is really coming together. This week the kitchen joinery went in, dark timber-look cabinetry taking shape with the island benches ready for their tops, and the space opening straight out through the sliding doors to the outdoor living area.

Big thanks to ST Joinery for the quality cabinetry work on this build.

Celebrating 8 years with Ella this October. 🥳

Ella joined our team as Contracts Administrator back in 2018, and in that time she has become an integral part of how we look after our clients. These days she wears many hats around the office, from admin and contracts through to colour selections.

Thank you for everything you bring to the team, Ella. Here is to another wonderful year.

Lock-up stage for Esra and Kessem's Blue Water 386 in Pelican Waters, and we're giving you a sneak peek into their new home.

It is such a satisfying milestone watching a home go from frame to fully enclosed, and this build is coming along beautifully. From here, it is all about bringing the interior to life, and we cannot wait to share more as it progresses.

This Father's Day, we're celebrating the dads behind the homes we build.

At G.J. Gardner Homes Northern Beaches, that's Tony, working alongside his son Anthony to build homes for local families. Two generations, one team, working side by side.

A business built on trust and hard work looks a lot like a family built the same way.

Happy Father's Day!

Dual living is one of the smartest ways to unlock the full value of your block, whether that is a home for ageing parents, a place for the kids, or an income stream for the future.
