We are a premium building company servicing the Limestone Coast of South Australia including Beachport, Robe, Southend, Cape Jaffa, Mount Gambier, Millicent, Coonawarra, Penola, Furner and anywhere in between! Servicing South East South Australia, including Beachport, Robe, Southend, Cape Jaffa, Mount Gambier, Millicent, Coonawarra, Penola, Furner and anywhere in between, the location of the new workshop is no coincidence, positioning the team at the heart of the Limestone Coast/South East South Australia region. Led by Kerry McManus, the local team of skilled tradesman have over 50 years building experience between them. Kerry adopts a hands-on approach to each and every project working closely with clients and on-site with the team to ensure the building journey is hassle free and the end result is of the highest possible standard. This work ethic is instilled in every member of McManus Builders and as a strong supporter of training within the industry, Kerry ensures every one of his hand picked apprentices possess these same values. We have developed a catalogue of home designs to suit any situation. They can be found and downloaded in the housing plans section of our website www.mcmanusbuilders.com.au/designs

To our Valued Customers, Suppliers, Sub-Contractors and Community,

After many years of dedication to excellence in the construction industry, McManus Builders will be ceasing operations at the end of this month. This decision comes as Kerry (Skin) McManus exits the Building Industry and enters into retirement.

McManus Builders has been committed to delivering superior quality and craftsmanship in every project we’ve undertaken. We are immensely proud of the work we have accomplished and the relationships we’ve built along the way.

We want to express our deepest gratitude for allowing us to be a part of your lives and projects. Your trust has been the cornerstone of our success, and we are honored to have been your chosen Builder.

To the people who have been part of our team as Employees over the past 34 years, we can’t thank you enough - we couldn’t have done it without you all! We are also very proud to have successfully trained 16 Apprentices for the Industry over our time in business.

Looking ahead, we are excited about the next chapter and the opportunities retirement brings. While we may be closing this one in our lives, the memories and achievements we have shared with you will always be cherished.
