*Telecommunications Technician/ Laborers Employment Opportunity for Immediate Start*

We are a well-respected company in the telecommunications industry and provide turnkey solutions to many of the major telecommunications carriers throughout Victoria and Australia.

In4struct is looking to expand our team and are currently seeking to fill full-time positions within our company based in Kilsyth.

About the Opportunity:
In4struct is currently seeking hard-working and motivated individuals who have experience or considering working within the telecommunications industry. Experience desired however this is not essential as there will be significant on the job training. Additional industry training will be provided on completion of probation period.

Must Have Experience/Qualities:
• Police Check will be required upon hire
• Random Drug and Alcohol testing
• General safety knowledge
• A good work ethic
• Punctual and trustworthy
• Willingness to learn
• Physically fit to carry out duties
• Attention to detail
• Use of hand tools and power tools
• Ability to work in a team and as an individual
• Availability to work away for short periods

Your duties will include but not limited to:
• Various labouring tasks on civil and hauling projects
• Site preparation for telecommunications works
• Ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule, and to a high standard
• Regular use of various hand and power tools in a civil construction setting
• Maintain, operate, and securing equipment
• Assist in additional aspects of construction and installations as required
• Duct proving, Rod & Roping
• Optic fibre cable hauling
• Hand excavation/ Mechanical Excavation/ Directional Drilling
• Reading, interpreting and implementing Plans, Toolboxes, Pre-starts, JSAs and SWMs

Qualifications/ Licenses Desired:
• White Card/Red Card
• Drivers License

Highly regarded but not essential:
• Medium or Heavy Ridged Truck License
• Structured Cabling Experience
• Civil Experience - Pit & Pipe, Blockage Repairs
• Asbestos Class B Removalist License
• Boring Experience
• Vac Truck Experience
• Excavators Experience – Licensed
• First Aid
• Forklift License
• Traffic Management
• Telstra Induction
• NBN Induction
• Working in Customers Premises
• DBYD & Plan Reading

We are a well-respected name in the telecommunications industry and provide a civil construction and cable installation service to many of the major telecommunications carriers throughout Victoria and Australia.

We are looking to grow and expand our team and are currently seeking a Casual/Part-time employee, with the view of offering a full-time position upon the successful completion of a 3-month trial period.

About the Opportunity
We are currently looking for people who have experience or considering working within the telecommunications industry, Civils and Hauling; however, this is not essential as there will be significant on the job training.

Your duties will include but not limited to
• Various labouring tasks on civil works projects
• Site preparation for telecommunications works

Would like send a shout out to all our clients that have engaged In4struct to complete works over the past months during the COVID-19 period. We demonstrate, practice and abide strictly by all the rules to help return our state back to normal. For the safety of our employees and our clients, we have equipped every vehicle with items such as face masks, soap, gloves, sanitizer and alcohol wipes and use them regularly.

Last year In4struct joined with JWM Networks for our Christmas party. Enjoyed a Limo into Crown for a few drinks followed but a very warm Murray river cruise, Dinner and many more drinks. Fair to say there was heaps of laughs, dancing and headaches the following day. A spacial thank to Jessica Evans and Jason (JWM Networks)
