Recent Re-paint. We chose Colorbond Shale Grey for the eaves and walls and Colorbond Deep Ocean for gutters, fascia and window sills.
We do however have quite a problem with a section of the back wall. Paint was bubbling and peeling badly. Richard scraped off what was left after pressure washing. He put the moisture meter on and some sections were between 17 & 21 when it should less than 14.
Clients had a roof plumber have a look and has now been repaired. Now it’s wait until wall dry enough to undercoat. Had a few fine warm ish days so it’s slowly drying. All we can do is wait and keep checking it.

Recent re-paint. Lots of gapping with movement over the years. We were lucky clients was away for a few days so didn’t have to get house back to livable each day.
Walls are in Dulux Hogsbristle 1/4 using Haymes New life low sheen. Doors & frames gloss white. So fresh now and we again have a super happy client. Makes my day, seeing their reactions

Recent job at Millstream
Clients had some renovations done.
2 lounge wall painted in Dulux Hogsbristle
All 3 bedrooms - Walls in Dulux Tranquil Retreat with 2 having a feature wall in Dulux Endless Dusk. Trims & doors in Dulux Hogsbristle 1/4. Only daughters room being that it was a small feature wall with a window we decided the window reveal to go in the Endless Dusk. Would have liked odd with it in the Hogsbristle 1/4.
Toilet in the Tranquil Retreat too.
Master bedroom had a king size solid timber bed which we couldn’t move but had to. Scoured hardware store and found these little beauties (furniture glides). Richard jacked up the bed so he could put them under each leg. Made life so much easier without putting our backs out.
Other bits n bobs included bathroom door, door to playroom and 1 linen cupboard surround

Had a different sort of job last week. House been vacant a while and severe mould on walls and ceilings. We quoted to re-paint but he couldn’t get anyone to clean. Soooo we had to do it. Was not enjoyable at all.

Did pic all of the house as sane colour in living, kitchen area. Bedrooms & bathroom went from pale green to white.

We have finally completed the old Eacham historical museum building. Weather has been very challenging but then again it is the wet season.
Wall, gable are eaves are in Dulux Tranquil Retreat using Haymes Solashield satin and trims are Colorbond Basalt with white windows & surrounds.
Stay tuned for the next project which is the old CWA building right next door.

Recent de-mould & paint of the bar area ceiling of our local pub. Unfortunately I didn’t take many after pics as I was there for a wine 🍷 and pick up the breakfast tray we won in the weekly Saturday Lions Club raffle. Our cute little pub has just changed their food menu and yay for me has included more GF options.
Anyway it came up schmicco with Haymes Solashield low sheen with added mould inhibitor
