South Wind in Merimbula is looking incredible with all this spring growth, rain and an epic glow up from our maintenance division.
Top-dressed, trimmed, fed and mulched, the garden is looking fresh and ready for summer. A garden doesn’t stop at construction; regular, considered maintenance is what helps bring a garden to life and keeps it looking its best as it grows.
A level lawn and garden in the front creates a spill-out space from the house for play and relaxing. The protected area also becomes a useable outdoor space when the wind blows off the water.
The concrete off-street parking has been defined with cobblestone detailing, adding texture and interest while creating a more considered transition between the driveway, path and garden.
Tuckeroo trees have been lifted and trimmed to create a band of greenery, softening the hard materials and framing the space. Underneath, Raphiolepis ‘Oriental Pearl’ creates mounds of lush greenery with the added bonus of beautiful white flowers.
Philodendron ‘Xanadu’ has been planted beneath the deck, a tricky spot for growing plants, but these guys are up for the challenge.
And out the back, it’s all about the views and access to the Sapphire Coast waters. The seals are a pretty good testament that this is the place to be.
