1. MD Brian Lowe makes a personal visit to our beautiful client in Shepparton. A Red Wattle from our living range is a new home for mum.👩 💕
2. Progressing nicely for our custom living build on a sloping site in Alexandra.🌄
3. Client walkthrough at our massive custom living build (4 🛌, 5 🛀) in Mansfield.🍂
4. A happy family with 3 generations 💕at a custom studio completion in Nagambie.
5. Installed in one day. Our Wombat pod, with no council approval required is a sweet set up for a backyard gym in Brighton.💪
6. We’re pretty sure this friendly magpie is a fan of our Humpy Co. team and builds. ( might need to add a new model named after it!). 🤔

The Lowe Legacy✨

What began with a 15 year old apprentice in 1970 has grown into a multi-generational family legacy built on craftsmanship, integrity, and a passion for creating exceptional spaces for Australians to live in and enjoy.

Brian Lowe began his building apprenticeship at just 15 years old, laying the foundations for what would become over 50 years of trusted experience in the building industry.

Along the journey, Brian and his wife Liz founded , now proudly owned and operated by his son Matt and his wife Lisa.

Their son Tim, alongside his wife Emma, went onto establish , continuing the family commitment to quality homes and thoughtful design.

In 2017, Brian and his son Travis founded , bringing a fresh and innovative approach to modular building in Victoria.

Today, the next generation continues to evolve the legacy, with daughter Michele and her partner Johan leading .com.au across Queensland and Northern New South Wales, while continues to service Victoria.

Another busy week in a record-breaking month for Humpy Co. 🤩
Here’s snapshot of just some of what our team have been up to this week.
📍1-2. Alexandra provides a beautiful setting for this custom living design. Look at the amazing progress in just one week on site. A sloping site is a doddle with our mega anchor system.
📍3. Our small but mighty Wombat design was installed in an urban site in Balaclava. The panels are craned off the truck, walked down the alleyway for rear access to the property & installed in just one day. We look forward to seeing how this wonderful client uses their new backyard space.
📍4-5. Handover to more happy clients in Nagambie. Their custom studio looks beautiful in their backyard. We look forward to bringing you more content of this completed build in the coming weeks.
📍6-7. Next stop was Shepparton for another happy handover. Our Red Wattle from our Living range is the missing piece to this stunning outdoor set up.
📍8. Prepping the site for a modular extension in Altona North.

Building on a sloping site? The Mega Anchor system allows us to create a strong, level foundation with minimal excavation and reduced site disruption.

Rather than cutting heavily into the land, engineered steel anchors are installed at varying heights to follow the natural contours of the site, supporting an elevated modular floor system above.
