Sometimes a leak can just be a simple fix. But if not done correctly can lead to further issues as well as more damage. Previous owner of the property stacked tiles over the gap thinking it would stop water getting in when all that needed to be done was putting the tiles back in place and pinning them. It's not always about the big jobs. Sometimes the most minor repairs can prevent roofs leaking and causing major internal problem. Some of today's jobs included solar panel cleaning, replacing broken tiles and replaced a whilybird roof vent as the old one was buckled and making a horrible noise when spinning.
