The Alpha team is wrapping up the week with a next level lunch.

Today we held our monthly team meeting, bringing together our Melbourne and Brisbane teams, both in person and remotely, for an update from each department across the business.

Our Leadership Team are across the day-to-day progress, priorities and challenges. These meetings give the wider team that same visibility, bringing everyone together on not just where we’re heading, but how we’re progressing step by step.

Our core values and focus drive everything we do, and keeping everyone informed and aligned is an important part of maintaining a great team.

There was plenty to celebrate this month, including the opening of our Brisbane branch and the strong momentum behind our wider growth and expansion plans.

And after the updates came the part everyone was really waiting for…

CEO Terry Eagle fired up the pans and cooked his famous seafood paella for the team.

A very impressive effort, and a pretty good way to finish another great monthly meeting!

Allen, our Manufacturing Team Leader, has been pumping out cushion boxes for a large customer order like a machine.

Allen gets an odd amount of satisfaction from laying down a perfect, clean caulk line. A great example of the care our manufacturing team puts into getting every piece finished properly and ready to go.

A busy Friday afternoon for the team getting a large PVC order ready for dispatch.

A successful day behind the camera at the Alpha Supply head office.

Founders Tim and Terry Eagle stepped into the spotlight, literally, to share the story behind Alpha Supply: where it started, the journey so far, and their vision driving the next chapter of the business.

As former HVAC contractors, Tim and Terry started Alpha Supply to solve one of the biggest challenges they faced managing HVAC projects: finding reliable supply backed by dependable service. Their passion for supporting HVAC contractors and commitment to outstanding service have seen Alpha Supply become one of Australia’s fastest-growing HVAC suppliers. It’s been an incredible journey and the next phase is already underway, with the opening of our new Brisbane branch.

Post-production on our new company profile video is now in progress, and we’re looking forward to sharing the finished result soon.

Another big week wrapped up for the Alpha team.

The warehouse has been working at full pace, packing customer orders to close out a record month while also replenishing stock for our Brisbane branch. With products moving quickly through both Melbourne and Brisbane, it has been a strong finish to July across the business.

After a huge effort from the team, we felt a Friday barbecue lunch was called for, and, as always, the meat was cooked perfectly.

A great result and an even better team effort. Well done everyone!

We are proud to announce the launch of our Brisbane office and warehouse, now officially open for business.

This marks an important first step in expanding our service nationwide, giving HVAC contractors across Australia faster access to the products, support, and reliability they need to keep projects moving.

We want to I also want to take a moment to thank our team for their incredible efforts in bringing the Brisbane Airport site to life. It’s been a huge undertaking and a great achievement by everyone.

With more locations and greater reach across Australia, we’re continuing to strengthen that commitment.

With both branches now open, our manufacturing team has been flat out keeping both warehouses stocked and ready to support customers across the country.

Manufacturing at our new Brisbane location will begin in the coming weeks. Until then, the team continues to put in an outstanding effort behind the scenes, keeping stock moving and maintaining the reliable service our contractors count on.

Well done to the team and here's to a well earned drink tonight.
