The brief for the renovation of was to create a place of serenity, order and calm using a purposefully minimal palette of quality materials.
The existing extension at the rear was reconfigured to create an open plan kitchen, living and dining space, plus walk-in-pantry, study, powder and laundry, re-balancing priority areas and making each space highly functional. A small extension was added to the walk-in-robe, set back from the heritage facade, to create a larger ensuite for the main suite.
The remaining rooms were only lightly touched with new flooring, joinery and lighting. The house now feels like home.
