New cat door installation through drywall with external weatherboard cladding.
This job needed cutting through the plaster and weatherboard, minor electrical rectification of existing wiring and siliconing around the external edges to finalise the installation.

My recent job in Carnegie.
The side fence was leaning towards the propery, stopping the gate from shutting.
To rectify the issue the gate was dismantled and colorbond sheet cut on angel. As a result, bottom of gate is wider than the top by 15mm which is neglectable.

Letterbox inatallation on concrete pad in Burwood.
1️⃣ Pouring the concrete
2️⃣ Let it set for 2-3 days
3️⃣ Liquid nail it to the concrete.
Usually l use a concrete paver for better and smother finish but due to unusual size of the letterbox, had to use another option.

Recent pool hinge replacement in Glen Iris for $200 labour + $400 material approx
Job was for Pool compliance certificate to rectify self closing issue. Old hinges were replaced by a pair of new Polaris hinges.
