In the late 1990s, Brian felt confident in the Masterplan team he had raised, and entrusted the business to a new directorship. However, nothing changed with regards to how the business operated: we still work together as a family and we still train the next generation as if they were our sons and daughters. One of the most established home builders in Melbourne to this day. Fast forward more than half a century and Masterplan is still at the top of its game.
