About Us

Brett Ozimek has worked in the building and construction industry since 1992. His introduction into building first began upon completing his apprenticeship in carpentry and joinery. After completing his apprenticeship, Brett moved into the architectural steel business where he spent 10 years managing up to 40 staff and built an excellent working relationship with Australia's top Supermar

ket chains. In 2007, with experience and knowledge under his belt, Brett obtained his building license and began his own construction and development company, Next Gen Developments Pty Ltd. Brett works tirelessly with his clients and contractors on a personal and hands on level, to ensure a collaboration of personal requirements which ensures high quality workmanship is always achieved. We know that building or renovating your home involves many important decisions, that's why we keep you informed and up to date every step of the way. Brett is happy to answer all of your questions and offer you advice to ensure your new home or renovation is exactly what you dreamed it would be.

We have recently completed a major renovation to a home in Deepdene, Victoria. This renovation consisted of a complete refurbishment of the original heritage listed homestead circa 1860. Demolition of the rear extension was then undertaken to make way for a newly constructed modern space. This new extension was married in with the existing heritage home and original two storey barn situated at the rear of the property.
