A new home for Andromeda.
Andromeda is the team behind , a personalised humanoid robot companion designed to support people in aged care and assisted living. When it came to their 2,000sqm Melbourne head office, they needed a workspace that felt just as intentional - a space that reflected who they are today and where they’re heading tomorrow.
Partnering with Concept for the refurbishment, the design concept was inspired by the idea of light refraction and centres on a playful, colour-forward palette of hot pink and purple, mirroring Abi’s colourful design. From a striking feature mural and statement staircase under oversized globe lights, to a personalised reception wall, every touchpoint was built to feel unmistakably theirs.
At its heart, this isn't just an office - it's an active HQ designed for the way Andromeda creates, collaborates, and builds. Honouring Andromeda’s flat leadership culture, leaders and teams share an open floorplate that integrates HQ and warehouse operations under one roof. The layout seamlessly connects idea to ex*****on, complete with a custom audio testing lab, flexible breakout areas for team events, and quiet focus rooms. Existing skylights, pendant lights and structural details were thoughtfully refreshed, with former offices repurposed into modern meeting spaces.
