A small long term leak that finally wore through the insulation and plaster below.
Antenna installation not correctly sealed. Fix= re-install in correct sealed manner and a custom lead flashing to future proof.

While up there we have the roof a quick once over and notified client of issues included broken pointing and ridge tile.

Quick shower head replacement. The client chose to go with a neat, twin shower head to replace the broken original.
