LDN is proud to announce that CEO and Lead Instructional Designer Melissa Williams has received Gold in the 2026 International Learning or Training Professional of the Year category at the Stevie® Awards for Great Employers.

The award recognises Melissa’s decades of work transforming technical experts into confident leaders, building high-performing teams and designing learning that delivers measurable workplace outcomes.

This is Melissa’s second consecutive international Gold Stevie Award. In 2025, she was named International Woman of the Year in Adult Education at the Stevie Awards in New York.

These awards place Melissa among a select group of Australian learning professionals to receive sustained global recognition. They also provide further independent acknowledgement of LDN’s approach to leadership development, workplace learning and practical training solutions.

The Stevie® Awards for Great Employers recognise organisations and professionals from around the world that are advancing workplace excellence through leadership, learning and people development.

On being notified of her win, Melissa said:

“I’m honoured to receive this award because it recognises something bigger than one person. It recognises the power of workplace culture, learning and effective training to strengthen organisations by strengthening the people within them.

“Thank you to our remarkable team at LDN and to every client who has allowed us to be part of that journey.”

For more than three decades, Learning Dimensions Network has partnered with government, infrastructure and private sector organisations to design evidence-based learning across leadership, safety, organisational change and workforce development.

Participants call it “an amazing experience,” “a real eye opener,” and “the most practical compliance training I’ve ever done” because it shifts people from “tick and flick” to real accountability, sharper documentation and better decisions under pressure.
