Berwick Montana Golf Club required two 100 m directional bores for electrical conduit installation. Each bore involved pulling back two 63 mm conduits simultaneously. This is commonly referred to as a “twin pullback”.

In simple terms, two conduits are installed through the same bore at the same time, rather than completing two separate bores.

There’s something pretty special about working across different states. Every job brings its own challenges, never knowing exactly what soil or rock conditions we will encounter and the opportunity to see some incredible places along the way.

On Friday we farewelled one of our own.

From the day you started with us, you have shown nothing but hard work, dedication, and a willingness to learn. Watching you grow has been something we are incredibly proud of, and while we are sad to see you go, we are more excited to see you take the next step in your journey as an apprentice plumber.

You have become so much more than an apprentice to us, you are like a son. Your positive attitude, loyalty, and work ethic have made a lasting impact on everyone here. The place won't quite be the same without you.

Thank you for everything you've brought to our team. We have no doubt you're going to do great things, and we wish you every success in this exciting new chapter.

Remember, once you're part of the Husky family, you're always part of the Husky family. Our door is always open and you'll always be welcomed back.

We know Jeff won't see this because he has an aversion to technology, but we would like to give him a shout out regardless, since he's been a part of the Husky Drilling Crew since day one.

Jeff has spent plenty of time travelling to some of the most remote parts of Australia, never shying away from the long drives, early starts or getting stuck into the job. When the day's work was done, you could usually find him sharing a beer with the locals, having a laugh and making friends wherever he went.

As Matt's dad, Jeff's always been someone Matt could bounce ideas off, offering honest advice, plenty of life experience and a different perspective when it was needed.

Thanks, Jeff, for all the kilometres travelled, the hard work you've put in, the laughs along the way over the past ten years. We appreciate having you on the team.
