It’s time to add another person to the Leaf by Leaf team.

We’re a small, close-knit crew who enjoy what we do, have a laugh along the way, but also take a lot of pride in the gardens we look after and the standard of work we complete

We’re looking for someone with solid residential gardening experience who is confident working in high-end gardens and just as importantly is great with people.

Excellent communication skills are a big one for us. You will be speaking with clients, working alongside the rest of the team and sometimes running your own day. We are looking for someone who is friendly, reliable and comfortable communicating with a variety of people.

This is a full-time Monday–Friday position, working across all areas of Melbourne.

If you know your plants, love working outdoors, take pride in doing things properly and want to work with a good bunch of people, we’d love to hear from you.

After a recent water proofing issue was discovered the team took full advantage of needing to empty out these planters on Level 8 of this stunning apartment building. It was a Seriously tricky job getting all the failing trees, plants and lattice out of each planter box down the elevators to our Utes without making a mess in the building but the team knocked it out the park. Once each planter had its irrigation repaired and reinstated, they were then filled with appropriate light weight balcony soil and new trees were installed in each pot. A tricky job working with the builders water proofing issues and the obstacle of working at level 8 but the team smashed it out. Cant wait to see this garden thrive in Spring. Our clients recently asked us to brighten up a dull space in their garden and thats what we did! They were happy to cut their losses with a slow growing acmena sublime hedge (that was transplanted to the front) and replace with Waterhousea trees. We absolutely love when our clients trust the process and let us do something fun. A few more bits and pieces to make this one complete but its moving in the right direction.
