Our showroom is coming together.

Today we're installing one of the display walls that showcases different grille options for premium homes.

To most people, a grille is just where the air comes out.

To us, it's part of the home's design.

Why do some air conditioning installations seem so much cheaper?

Today we carried out a general service on a 2-year-old VRV system.

At first glance, everything looked fine.

But once we opened the ceiling...

📌 The main access hatch had been completely blocked by custom cabinetry, making future servicing extremely difficult.

📌 The indoor unit hadn't been properly protected during installation.

📌 Every time the system runs, it has been drawing ceiling insulation fibres into the return air.

📌 Over time, those fibres build up on the filter and indoor coil, reducing airflow and efficiency — and in some cases contributing to extra dust inside the home.

The biggest surprise?

The homeowner had no idea this was happening.

The cheapest quote rarely includes what you can't see.

A quality HVAC installation isn't just about the brand of the unit.
