Over three weeks, you’ll dive into the foundations of the movement style used in our signature Mixtape class, B***Y FIT.
B***y fit uses a mix of dance styles from RnB, dancehall, twerk, strip, hip hop and commercial – so this 3-week mini course breaks down b***y movement technique so you can pop, jiggle, drop, wind, shimmy, twerk, body roll, hair whip and strut with confidence and style
You do not have to come to B***y Fit or to have gone to a B***y Fit class because these skills don’t just upskill your B***y Fit dancing — they upskill your life.
This mini course is about leg/ ass strength, letting go, and self-expression. You’ll move your body in ways we don’t usually allow ourselves to in everyday life — freeing your hips, embracing the jiggle, and reconnecting with your body through rhythm and movement.
Feel strong.
