DJS Melbourne Plumbing Solutions is an established plumbing business with over 20 years' experience servicing schools, councils, body corporates, commercial clients and insurers across Melbourne.
We're looking for an experienced Plumbing Project Manager / Supervisor to lead our plumbing team, oversee projects and help drive the next stage of DJS's growth.
This is a varied, hands-on leadership position where you'll have the opportunity to:
- Oversee ongoing school, council and body corporate contracts
- Review drawings, specifications and scopes of work
- Assist with tenders, RFIs and variations
- Conduct site visits, project meetings and safety inspections
- Mentor apprentices and help develop the next generation of plumbers
- Work directly with schools, councils, builders, strata managers and insurers
- Help improve our internal systems, processes and project delivery
- Work closely with management and have genuine input into how DJS operates and grows
We're looking for someone who:

- Can confidently make decisions and solve problems on site
- Is organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Builds strong relationships with clients and the team
- Takes pride in quality workmanship and doing things properly
- Enjoys mentoring others and seeing their team develop
