MOONEE PONDS | MOVING ALONG 👌🏼

Plenty happening on site for in Moonee Ponds, with different stages moving across the units and the team keeping things flowing.

Renderer's have now completed the first-floor texture to Units 1–3 and it’s looking great. A final clean-up around the flashings and windows and this section will be ready for sign-off.

Chippy's are finishing off the last of the Linea boards before moving across to Units 6–11, where the eaves are next on the list, followed by the cladding.

Meanwhile, wall wrap has already kicked off the first-floor wall wrap to Units 6–11, getting everything prepared and ready for the next stage.

A good example of how we like to work at TCC. Coordinating our crews, keeping an eye on the details and making sure each stage is properly finished before we move onto the next. 👏🏼

Moving along nicely in Niddrie for Dev👌🏼

Jimmy and the team are wrapping up the final bits of the Hebel install, with caulking underway to get everything finished off and ready for the next stage.

As one trade finishes up, the next gets moving — Mustafa is now getting started on the basecoat across the Hebel walls that are ready to go.

Nothing overly complicated here, just good coordination, good workmanship and keeping the job moving. 🙌🏼

A little Brighton TLC 👌🏼

Our clients come in all shapes and sizes — and this time we were working with Strata Specialists on a water feature in Brighton that needed a bit of TCC attention.

Joseph and his team made the process seamless, allowing us to get onsite, assess what was needed and get the render works sorted with a quick turnaround.

A quick job however doesn’t mean cutting corners. From the initial consultation through to completion, the job received the same Total Clad & Coat treatment with full supervision, attention to detail and quality workmanship from start to finish.

Big project, small project, builder, strata or something a little different — our approach stays the same.

Moonee Ponds Projects for is moving along nicely! 👏🏼

Both crews are making great progress on our Moonee Ponds project, with plenty happening across site.

The chippy's and his crew are working through the Linea board installation to the first-floor areas of Units 1–3, while the rendering crew are following through with the basecoat works to the same areas.

Next up, we’ll be moving onto the Units 6–11, which is ready to go and lined up for the wall wrap and our team are ready for this too!

A good example of multiple crews, different scopes and plenty of moving parts all coming together with Mark supervising the works and keeping an eye on the details throughout.

Good momentum on this one and plenty more to come! 👌🏼

Things are moving along nicely in Camberwell with Castle Construction Group👌🏼

We’ve worked through the poly and render, and we’re now taking care of some variations to the alfresco piers to make sure everything ties together properly in the finished result.

Because construction doesn’t always stay exactly as it looked on paper and that’s okay! Some scope is locked in from the start, and some evolves as the job takes shape, ideas change and the client’s vision becomes clearer.

For us, it’s about being able to **shift with the job, work with the builder and find the right solution** without losing sight of the end result.

Fairfield is taking shape 👌🏼

Our project with Partners is now around 90% complete, and these stunning townhouses are coming up a treat.

The team is currently taking care of the ground-floor render and eaves, bringing those final details together and getting us very close to the finish line.

As always, Mark is across the supervision and the finer details, making sure the quality is there right through to completion.

Another great project coming together for the Total Clad team — we’re looking forward to seeing this one fully wrapped up, we will see you later in the week providing the weather plays nice! 🙌🏼

A good little progress update from Perry Street, Fairfield 👏

The rendering team have been doing a cracking job out here for our client Systcon, with the project now getting very close to the finish line.

And after Melbourne’s recent weather… we’re very happy to report no rain damage! 🙌

We’ve got a couple of minor touch-ups to knock over, a few walls left to texture and the concrete finish to complete at the front entry.

Mark and the team have been keeping a close eye on progress, and Jason is getting the renderer's back out later this week once the weather gives us a better window to finish things off properly.

Tecoma keeping us on our toes 👏

Our project for Perpetual Projects has definitely thrown a few challenges our way — but we don’t mind a challenge at TCC. It’s usually where our team does some of their best work!

We’ve just wrapped up the Easylap install, with Mark supervising and the team putting in some seriously neat and thorough work all round.

Easylap is a fibre cement cladding system that gives a clean, rendered-look finish while being durable and low maintenance — a great option when you want that solid, seamless look without traditional masonry construction.

Plenty of detail in this one, and the boys have taken their time to get it right. 👌

Moving fast with the crew at Entire Design! 👏

Salar and his team are always great to work with, and our installers are keeping things moving nicely on this one. As with any busy site, there are a few moving parts — delays, other trades and items needing to be installed — so it’s all about working together, adjusting where we need to and getting on with what we can in the meantime.

James Hardie Gravis is going up on this project and we’re very keen to see how it all comes together! 🙌

Always good to see more options hitting the market and giving builders and clients more choice when it comes to their cladding. Nice one, !

📍 Viero Project | Kew

The team has been flying through the Hebel installation on our Viero project in Kew, and it's great to see another façade taking shape.

Hebel is one of those products that really does it all. Lightweight, strong, energy efficient and incredibly versatile, it allows us to create clean architectural finishes while keeping the build moving efficiently.

But a great product is only half the story. The real difference comes down to the installers behind it.

Our crew has been absolutely smashing through this stage, working quickly without ever cutting corners. That's something we're proud of. Fast doesn't have to mean rushed, and at Total Clad & Coat, doing it right the first time is what gives us our edge.
