NACCI is in Tuvalu! Helping the small Pacific nation setup their first fibre optic network and submarine cable link to Fiji.
Tuvalu is one of the worlds smallest and least visited nations on the planet. Not many people know that it is still a 100% cash economy; no credit or debit card facilities are available on the islands. In fact, they have just had their first ATMs installed this year, but only for local bank customers. With this new telecommunications infrastructure, Tuvalu will start to move into the digital age!
What a great experience it has been working in this unique part of the world.
