Our client in Bonbeach needed a better solution to their sunroom situation to create a more habitable space.

With the installation of new aluminium double-glazed stacker doors, interior insulation and cladding, and a beautifully decked outdoor terrace, we’re delighted to say: mission accomplished.

This was a huge project requiring drafting, engineering, Domestic Building Permit, Home Warranty Insurance and all building compliances. Right up our alley.

Double Glazed Windows in Melbourne

This living room had beautiful art-deco style corner windows that were lovely to look at but not so nice to look through – plus the room felt closed in and a bit on the dark side. We took care of the whole project for this very happy client including Drafting, Engineering & Domestic Building Permit, plumbing, electrical, plastering and structural works, manufacturing and installation of this stunning aluminium double-glazed picture window. The landscaping to be completed will be stunning, but you can see it all coming together.

An Enlightening Project!

This living room had beautiful art-deco style corner windows that were lovely to look at, but not so nice to look through, and the room felt closed in and a bit on the dark side.

We took care of the whole project for this very happy client: drafting, engineering and Domestic Building Permit, plumbing, electrical, plastering and structural works, plus the manufacturing and installation of this stunning aluminium double-glazed picture window.

The landscaping still to come will be stunning, but you can already see it all coming together.

Awesome Aluminium Awning Windows

These 1960s timber awning windows had done their job well, but after 60 years they were showing signs of rot and leaking. The very thin glass had started to rattle, became brittle, and the frames needed frequent, expensive maintenance.

The new powder-coated aluminium means this long-time owner never has to paint again, with the comfort and security of 5mm glass in semi-commercial frames with lockable winders.

Looks great, keeps the character, and blends seamlessly with the existing windows.

When “The Look” doesn’t work with The Life

This gorgeous designer bank of frameless glass doors didn’t quite stand up to Melbourne’s fickle weather. The look was fabulous but the whistling sometimes howling wind was unbearable and all manner of bugs felt welcome to join the family indoors!

Our client asked us to come up with a custom-made solution that would be sympathetic to the design of the home. Working together, we designed a commercial aluminium double-glazed bank of panoramic windows and sliding doors for security, energy efficiency and liveability.

We road-tested it last week in the high winds and heavy rain and “hey presto”: Problems Solved, Stunning-ness Maintained!
