Roof penetrations missed during the construction process installed after handover once it was discovered by a building inspector, sewer vents were left in the proof space filling it with sewer gases, as well as the range hoods and bathrooms fans.

Been in some tight, scary and dark places over the years but this one takes the cake, rats chewed through this water line with access having to be dug out to repair the pipe work.

We were called out to a house where the client engaged in “plumbers” that weren’t licensed nor insured and carried out bathroom renovation works that had been leaking since installation. Plenty of black mould and damage caused from constant leaking over a long period of time.
Always make sure you’re using licensed and competent tradesman

This water meter at a property in Sorrento was complaining of low water pressure and it was clear to see why.
Multiple trucks had been using his driveway as a u-turn point running over the existing meter

We did a live connection to the council main so we could isolate the incoming supply and then made up an entire new meter set up and bumped the house pressure back up to normal ✅✅

This 45 year old terracotta and cast iron sewer main was full of tree roots and needed to be cut, removed and re-run.
We pulled out over 8 meters of roots from the drain and after the inspecting the rest of the drain with the drain camera, it was all perfect and this section was able to be repaired quickly for the bathroom to be back in business 💪🏻
Was a tight squeeze with the excavator but we got it done with zero damage and only happy clients 😁
