• 7m x 14m with 3.1m eave height, 3.7m overall height
• 7m wide x 8m enclosed area, roller door and glass sliding door with 2m attached lean-to
• 7m x 6m attached garaport to front
• Custom engineering for removal of post to allow trailer access
• Colours – Roof and walls Surfmist with Southerly trim and Dover white roller doors and sliding glass door.

Installed on a slab with rebates to roller doors to eliminate water ingress.

Time from permit application to completion 10 weeks including applications to council and Melbourne Water due to building on flood prone zone.
