It was a fun weekend Thank you for the National award for apartment renovations. Here with Jeff Shawcross from with his introduction as follows
“This architect has a penchant for luxury, and this was evident with her 2024 successful entry. This three-story penthouse in Elizabeth Street Melbourne was a significant challenge. Not only did they upgrade the fire systems, but through clever design the project was able to reclaim the lift shaft which added additional space to the internal apartment. Working through COVID and one of the longest periods of lockdown in Australia, this did not diminish this architect’s passion for perfection. Incorporating the distinct style of the owners, this refurbishment boasted a quite elegance that reflected modern amenities including a stunning staircase that had to be craned into place. It is obvious the winner tonight comes to her fore with a hefty challenge! We would like to congratulate Shelley Roberts, of Shelley Roberts Architects for this stunning transformation.” Built by couldn’t have done it without and our Fabulous clients.
