Finningley job 📍 Swipe ➡️

Nice day job completed for one of our clients who wanted a nice, clean and modern look. Really enjoyed the job from start to finish and we think it turned out great. Client was over the moon and even more importantly his partner (the boss) gave it the tick of approval.

The products used were sourced from our trustworthy supplier at and consist of oak top and bottom rails which come ready prepped for the black metal Richard burbidge spindles. The posts are square set white primed 90x90 finished off with a full and half oak newel post cap 🛠️

Upon inspection by a fire marshal there was 2 fire doors flagged on the report. We replaced 2 old doors to FD30 fire doors with all the appropriate hinges and hardware. We have previously completed jobs on multiple occasions for this client and always good to get repeat work off previous clients.

This job has to be my favourite this year i absolutely love laying a composite deck especially ones on a balcony with a view.

The client had just purchased the property and the existing decking on the balcony was pressure treated pine with fake grass laid over the top which was done by the previous owner as they had a pet.

We completely ripped out all the old decking and fake grass cut and laid down new joist wrapped in dpc ensuring we protected the timber as best we could being a wet area and laid this lovely composite decking from the decking and delivery service was absolutely amazing and definitely would recommend.

Thurnscoe log cabin build 📍

Absolutely loved constructing this lovely log cabin from over the summer for a client. The product and the delivery was brilliant and all went together very well with the process being very straightforward and instructions/videos were very easy to follow whenever you needed them. Doncaster extension 🏠📍

Here is another angle of a job we completed this year. A new extension build onto the back of an existing property ready for an open living/kitchen area. We cladded the roof in treated OSB boards framing out for the frameless skylight and finishing it off in a dark grey GRP roof system.

⚒️ Skylight Installation ⚒️

Double glazed frameless skylight installed on a new extension in Doncaster.
We strengthened up some of the existing rafters, framed out for the skylight and cladded the roof in treated OSB finished off in a dark grey GRP roofing system. We will post another angle of the roof on another post 🏠❤️⚒️
