ARKit Advanced Prefab ARKit is a design & build group. We specialise in high quality, customised prefab building solutions. Our projects are individually designed and handcrafted.

We are primarily architects who build; we apply the time and quality benefits of prefabrication to deliver a built outcome of the highest quality. Each of our projects begins through close engagement with our clients to develop a brief and explore the options. We let the architecture guide the building method rather than the other way around. Our costs are all inclusive and encompass full architec

tural design services, technical consultancy fees, authority costs and turnkey construction including site works and services, delivery, warranties and insurance. Our building systems use timber because it is more sustainable. We enjoy being involved in a diverse range of projects and the opportunity to explore new applications for prefabrication. We welcome the collaboration between architect and client that results in the creation of new spaces.

Meet Hazza, our new Hundegger SPEED-Cut SC-3. A 5-axis CNC timber cutting machine that cuts, drills, mills, slots, marks, and labels timber components automatically. No manual measurement. No setup between cuts. Just fast, precise processing, every time.

This is a significant upgrade to our workshop capability and means faster turnaround, tighter tolerances, and more of what we do best — precision-engineered prefab buildings, built here in Melbourne.
