Another hot shot from the 2018 National AILA Awards Ceremony....

Hansen Landscape Architect Brendon Burke stepping up to collect the Landscape Architecture Award in the International Category for our work on the Danang Railway Connectivity Improvement and Urban Redevelopment Study in Vietnam.

Winners are grinners! Hansen Partnership took out two AILA National Awards at the awards ceremony held on the Gold Coast late last week.

Our Victoria Square project in Kerang took out a Landscape Architecture Award in the Urban Design category and our DaNang Railway Connectivity Improvement and Urban Redevelopment Project won a Landscape Architecture Award in the International category.

Well done to all involved with thanks to our project partners, clients, Australian Institute of Landscape Architects - AILA and awards jury.

Great to see our Victoria Square project in Kerang receive a write up in World Landscape Architecture recently.

This new public space sought to ‘clear’ outdated street furniture and vegetation and provide a modern yet functional design accommodating additional shade, seating, drinking fountains, lawn pods and importantly safer pedestrian movement across Victoria Street.

Victoria Square, Kerang is a landmark project for the regional shire of Gannawarra in northern Victoria, Australia. Hello! We’ve been a little quiet on the Facebook front as we’re spending more time on Instagram and LinkedIn. Feel free to follow us for updates on Hansen projects and people.
Yesterday was a big day for the landscape architecture team with arbour posts going in at the Charles and Mollison Pocket Park in Abbotsford.
Cross beams and climbing wires will be installed over the next few weeks ready for planting out with star jasmine.
Can you imagine the beautiful scent as you walk past? 🌱🌱🌱

Hansen Senior Landscape Architect Castiel Shepp will be taking part in Run Melbourne on 29 July to raise funds for the Stroke Foundation - a cause close to her heart.

Two years ago Castiel's grandmother June had a stroke and passed away and just prior to taking part in the 2018 Sunset Series run, Castiel received the news that her friend Clayton had a stroke and was in hospital.

Castiel is running to raise funds for the Stroke Foundation to help support loved ones and other families affected by stroke.
