A big weekend for the Advanced Cranes team on the M80 Ring Road Completion as part of North East Link.

Over 48-hours of work, key tasks were completed:

Loading new walkway onto a newly built bridge structure holding the specialised transport (1x 650t + 1x 750t)
Removal of the old pedestrian walkway (2x 750t)
Installation of the new pedestrian walkway. (2x 750t)

A total of 6 set ups were utilised for the key lifts and 965t of crane counterweight was utilised for the works shifting between set ups.

Coordination and planning proved key in success, every shift was spent working in tandem with specialised transport, demolition crews and civil contractors all working together to achieve the common goal.

Great effort from our crews on the ground right through to the back-end staff.
