WE’RE HIRING | SALES REPRESENTATIVE

We’re growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join our team at our Kilsyth facility.

This is a hands-on sales role working with our growing range of excavator, skid steer and earthmoving attachments, dealing with customers across Australia from their initial enquiry right through to order.

You’ll be preparing quotes, following up opportunities, building customer relationships and helping customers find the right attachment for their machine and application.

You don’t need to know every attachment on day one — we’ll teach you the products. What we are looking for is someone who knows how to sell, communicates well, follows things through and genuinely enjoys dealing with customers.

Previous sales experience is essential. Experience in earthmoving, machinery or attachments would be a definite advantage, but it isn’t essential.

We’re looking for two experienced tradespeople to join our team at our workshop in Kilsyth, Victoria:

🔧 Mechanic
🔥 Boilermaker / Welder

If you’re looking for a role with genuine variety, where you’re not doing the same job day in, day out, we’d like to hear from you.

Across our three businesses, our team works on everything from specialist vehicles and 4WDs through to heavy vehicles, earthmoving machinery, hydraulics, fabrication, Australian-made attachments, guarding, equipment fitment, repairs, modifications and custom engineering projects.

BOILERMAKER / WELDER

We’re looking for an experienced Boilermaker/Welder with strong fabrication and welding skills who takes pride in producing quality work.

The role includes a broad range of work across:

✔ Custom fabrication and modifications
✔ Excavator and earthmoving attachments
✔ Heavy vehicle engineering
✔ Machinery and equipment repairs
✔ Guarding and specialist fabrication
✔ One-off and custom engineering projects

If you enjoy fabrication but don't want to spend every day doing the same repetitive production work, this could be a great fit.

MECHANIC

We’re looking for an experienced Mechanic who enjoys fault finding, problem solving and hands-on mechanical work.

This isn't a role where you'll be servicing the same vehicles every day. Our workshop handles a broad mix of work, including:

✔ Mercedes-Benz G-Wagons
✔ Government and specialist vehicle projects
✔ Fleet vehicle modifications and fit-outs
✔ Heavy vehicles
✔ Earthmoving machinery and equipment
✔ Hydraulic systems and equipment
✔ Attachment installation and fitment
✔ Mechanical repairs and modifications
✔ Custom and specialist engineering projects

Experience or knowledge of hydraulic systems would be a strong advantage, but is not essential.

We're looking for someone with solid mechanical ability who can think through a job, fault-find and work across different types of vehicles and equipment.
