Post-Tenancy Carpet Tile Replacement

Following a tenant move-out, Build Technics completed carpet tile replacement works across Levels 3 and 4 of a commercial tenancy.

With a large number of tiles requiring replacement and a limited quantity of spare tiles available onsite, the solution required more than simply replacing the most visibly affected areas.

We assessed the tenancy as a whole and strategically allocated the available stock to the areas where it would create the greatest overall visual and functional improvement.

The works included:

Removal of existing carpet tiles
Floor preparation and cleaning
Application of new adhesive
Installation of replacement carpet tiles
Reinstatement across affected areas

The result was a cleaner, more presentable tenancy, with available materials used strategically to maximise the overall outcome.

Having worked with the landlord across multiple projects, we were engaged as their preferred contractor to assist their tenant with this office make-good.

Most roof leaks aren’t just roofing problems anymore.

A year on from completing fiberglass sheeting installation works at Gateway Capital’s Pipe Road industrial site, the results continue to hold strong.

Delivered across eight warehouses, the project involved replacing 3,200 sheets, covering approximately 7,000 lineal metres to improve natural light, weather protection and overall asset durability.

Twelve months later, the upgrade is doing exactly what it was designed to do:

- Consistent natural lighting across warehouse spaces
- Improved protection against the elements
- Reduced maintenance requirements across the roofing system

As part of the make-good requirements, our team was engaged to restore the tenancy back to its original condition, ensuring a clean, compliant, and ready-to-lease outcome.

* Full internal wall preparation was carried out, including patching, sanding, and surface cleaning, with all labour, materials, and equipment supplied to achieve a high-quality finish
* Protective coverings were installed throughout to safeguard flooring and surrounding finishes during the works
* Access equipment was arranged as required to safely complete works at height where necessary
