A visit out to Hampton Park this morning to inspect a kitchen for a facelift with budget constraints. Advise given was to replace it with an IKEA kitchen to suit the budget. Plenty of work to do to get the house up to standards for re rental.

Thought I’d pop in and see the boys installing Wendy’s lovely new kitchen. A day of what it’s like on the final days of installation of a new kitchen. Bit chaotic but it’s all controlled chaos 😂

Debbie & Toni has an incoming addition to the family in October so they decided to renovate the kitchen before the arrival. 🥳

We redid the overheads which allowed for an undermount rangehood and had it externally vented to keep the odours out 👌 with the extra overhead storage space that's going to be needed for a growing family!

We added a new drawer box for storage in the open area of the island bench, upgraded the island bench to a mitred rear panel with waterfalls, undermounted the new sink pack, added bookmatched porcelain splashbacks with mitred window sills.

What a difference!

Colour of cabinetry - Polytec Coastal Oak

Colour of Stone - Altin

Thanks Debbie & Toni 🫶
