This is Archi+ Pietra — a lime-and-stone finish made in Italy. Applied by hand in three passes, burnished to release the aggregate, then left to cure under the light.

The surface goes warm at noon, cool at dusk. The stone flecks catch shadows at every hour. Touch it and you’ll feel why it isn‘t paint, and why it isn’t render — it‘s a finish that behaves like cut stone without quarrying a mountain.
