COWRA 2.0 &FARR.

A box modern design, set to give strong street presence, with a bold material selection to the exterior and a warm feel to the interior.

From the initial conversation with our clients to the handover, the journey has been nothing short of amazing and we were thrilled with the result.

Every home is a sum of intricate parts, process and detail, it’s what that sum equals that sets it apart.

Boots on the ground.

Groundworks // Our favourite part of the build.

Turn a vacant block of land into something great, which is what &FARR was built to do.

Would you really enjoy the process if there wasn’t this much action?

&FARR // This is where everyday living meets considered design.

This kitchen reflects a commitment to both design integrity and construction quality - where every detail has been carefully considered, and every finish delivered with consideration, from the clean lines of the joinery to the cohesion of the material palette, the space has been designed to feel refined, functional, and built to last.

Meticulous craftsmanship come together to create a kitchen that feels calm, resolved, and seamlessly integrated within the home. It is a space shaped not only by how it looks, but by how it performs.

This is the heart of the home, the &FARR way.

Just two brothers, backed by a team, doing what we do best, Building.

Justin and Jake Farrugia both began there careers in the concrete industry laying driveways straight out of school, literally learning and understanding construction from the ground up - to where we are today, building considered homes for our valued clients and creating our own developments built to stand the test of time.

What started on the tools has grown into &FARR.

The projects are bigger, the scope has grown and the vision continues to evolve, but the foundations remain the same - hard work, attention to detail and pride in what we build.

Still driven by the same values we started with.

We are committed. We are founder-led.

This is &FARR.
