&FARR - The year so far.

As we approach the halfway mark of 2026, we’re taking a moment to reflect on where &FARR is heading and the homes, developments and relationships we’re continuing to build along the way.

This year has already brought new opportunities, exciting projects and plenty of momentum behind the scenes. But as always, our focus remains the same; creating considered, high-quality homes with a personal approach from start to finish.

For us, building is about more than the finished result. It’s about trust, communication, detail and working closely with our clients and team to bring the vision to life.

As we move into the second half of 2026, we’re excited to see some projects approaching handover, others moving through planning, and more currently taking shape on site.

We’re also looking forward to announcing another exciting development due to commence later this year.

Due to start construction in the next month.

Introducing our latest development, two one-of-a-kind homes, designed to set the benchmark in single level townhouse level.

These homes will feature concrete finishers, timber-lined details, skylights that flood the homes with natural light and cathedral ceilings throughout to create warmth and a true sense of space.

This home creates a sense of elegance the moment you walk in, driven by design and quality with impeccable craftsmanship throughout.

The consideration of natural light through the skylights above the ensuite and bathroom showers flood these spaces with natural light making for an airily feel, maximising space with openness through smart design.

AQUALUME by &FARR,

Stage 2 of our ground slab is now complete,

Strong foundations have now been set, with both stages of the concrete pour totalling over 500m2 with a total of over 350 cubic meters of concrete poured on site to date and almost 1000 cubic meters of soil excavated over the sloping site,

It’s been a monumental effort by our whole team which shows in the results achieved so far.

Frame works are now commencing and we are looking forward to keeping you updated on the project progressing.

MACDONALD &FARR,

A development that embodies a captivating modern industrial flow, immersed with raw concrete tones, chard timber detailing throughout, pressed masonry to the exterior walls and automated Louver blinds.

AQUALUME by &FARR,

Stage one of the ground slab.

Staged in two seperate concrete pours due to it’s total size of over 500m2,

This has been a great milestone for the project, to see the foundations laid after a large amount of excavation and groundworks.

It’s always a pleasure working with our contractors who we have built strong relationships with.
