Here’s what’s actually happening with our colour Inner Self…

Watch this exact same swatch flip personalities as I move it around the office.

In one spot it looks darker and moodier because of the bright white wall next to it (hello, contrast!).

In another spot it suddenly feels lighter and softer because it’s surrounded by similar-depth tiles, and in a colour drenched space.

Add in changing lighting throughout the day and you’ve got a colour that can feel completely different depending on where it lands.

Need a paint match to a tile? Bring it in (or post it) and we can mix it up for you.

We (or I should say Liam) does this by eye and it’s a real skill.

Most of the time tiles are not a uniform colour so as per your request we can go with the “vibe” of the colour, maybe a bit lighter or a bit darker. Or just go for a straight match — that’s the joy of it being a human process.

And nope a custom match isn’t going to cost more, it’s just part of giving you your dream space 🤗

Honestly sometimes it takes me a few looks just to find the final paint match on the tile itself!

OH and of course it’s not just tiles, but pretty much anything you might want to match to... carpet, fabric, wallpaper... the sky is the limit! 🎨

One of our most popular hues, this pale dusty green works wonders in any room. It’s muted enough but still bold enough to feel like a colour without being too overpowering.

Inner Self pairs perfectly with our warm white Old School or our bright white So Fresh and So Clean. I absolutely love it with our warm purple Plum Intended — but honestly I struggle to find a colour in our range that it doesn’t work with ✔️

She’s at it again… Robyn Morrison — the queen of making her space feel like an extension of her!

She popped in with a colour in mind, we had a quick play around and voilà ✨

This custom blue looks so great with the warm colour of the brick fireplace, and of course it’s such a nice backdrop to all of her art!

This deep warm plum doesn’t joke around when it comes to setting a cosy mood.

I’ve saved my fave colour combos at the end but honestly it works so well with so many hues. I’d love it with an earthy green as well.

This purple is warm and deep. It’s saturated but not too bold, so it feels a little worn in.

Hue better belive it’s one of my favourites 😉

Bubble Bath — a pale blue, with the teeniest hint of grey.

A colour you’re never too old to enjoy. This hue is having its moment in kids spaces as much as grown up ones.

It has a classic blue undertone, not too warm (green) and not too cool (indigo), this blue sits right in the middle.

We have loved seeing it used on the trims like Maddison Bartlett | DIY & Design did with her painted stripe walls or even drenching the space and taking the hue onto the ceiling like Imen kannouj has done 🤗

🎨 Colour pairs:
White — it actually works with all our whites! For a crisper contrast pick So Fresh and So Clean or for a softer look try our warmer white Old School.
Colours — we love to see it with pops of red like ‘Them Apples’, or a burgundy like ‘Plum Intended’. Or an earthy green like ‘A Frond in Need’ 🍃
