This custom structure features a fixed insulated sandwich panel roof, providing consistent shade and shelter while maintaining a clean, streamlined finish that complements the surrounding home and landscape.

A centre beam was also incorporated into the design with pre-wiring provision for a future ceiling fan, allowing the client to have their fan installed separately by their electrician.
