The owner of this 2023 Toyota Kluger lost both of his smart keys. With no way to start the car, he had no choice but to have it towed to the dealership.
The bill was astronomical, and to make matters worse, they only gave him one key. The pain of losing both keys, the stress of the tow, and the massive cost left him frustrated and out of pocket.
