O’Neill’s delivered the Level 6 office refurbishment and upgrade for Konica Minolta at 616 St Kilda Road, creating a modern, functional workplace tailored to the team’s operational requirements.

The 700 m² scope brought together selective demolition, new partitions, ceilings, finishes and joinery with coordinated mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire and communications services.

Delivered inside a live multi-tenanted building—and alongside concurrent ground-floor works—the project required disciplined staging, access planning and coordination to maintain safe, uninterrupted building operations.
