When my dad started Mitchcon back in 1995, he wasn't building a business empire - he was just trying to do the job better and surround himself with people who cared about the same things he did.
That's still how we operate today.
I've been running this business for a while now, and the one thing I've learnt - more than anything about equipment, or logistics, or project planning - is that the crew you build around you either makes every hard job manageable, or makes every easy job harder than it needs to be.
The people on the Mitchcon crew aren't just operators and hosemen. They're the reason clients call us back. They're the reason major infrastructure contractors trust us on jobs where there's zero room for error. They show up early, they work hard, they back each other... and they give a genuine damn about the finish.
That's not something you manufacture. You either build a culture that attracts those people, or you don't.
Grateful every day to work alongside this crew.
If you're looking to get into the industry or join a team that actually looks after its people - keep an eye on our page. We're always growing.
