The decorative face of the Wing Wall Half Round Capping had separated and fallen forward causing a big hazard to the tenants that live here. We propped the area and rotated it back into position before stabilising and rebuilding the Half Round Capping with Stitch Ties and Render.

Full rake and repoint of Fitzroy Warehouse using Lime Mortar.
We also strengthened all movement with Helifix Stitch Ties to ensure it lasts another life time.
We followed all Heritage Overlay requirement and worked with City of Yarra to obtain all required permits to undertake such a big job in such a populated area.

I see the problem here...There's no mortar between these bloody bricks!
