The aluminium partitions deliver a sleek and professional appearance while maintaining strength, stability, and low maintenance requirements. we are very proud with the completion of this 4.8 meter Large staircase window replacement. The removal and disposal of existing glazing and then the installation of new low-E double glazed tinted window system. Energy-efficient insulated glass panels designed to improve thermal performance, reduce heat transfer, minimise glare, and enhance natural light within the staircase area. Works to include all necessary framing adjustments, sealing, flashings, and finishing for a weatherproof and secure installation. The logistics behind this install was interesting making use of our own 3 tier portable scaffolding. The bigger the install the more exited we get, and YES it’s bigger than it looks.

Brick wall opening prepared for installation of bifold doors to this property in Pascoe vale. Existing brickwork has been carefully cut out to the required dimensions, ensuring structural integrity is maintained. A suitable lintel has been installed above the opening to support the load from above, and the reveals have been finished level and plumb to accommodate the new door frame. The opening is ready for fitting of bifold doors, with all debris removed and surrounding brickwork made good where necessary.
