Last week we celebrated a huge milestone. 15 years with Delcon for our very first employee, Butch!

Butch joined Delcon at the very beginning and has been part of the journey ever since, helping shape who we are today. His loyalty, work ethic and commitment over the past 15 years have not only set the standard but have played a significant role in our growth and success.

To mark this incredible achievement, we were thrilled to present Butch with a well-deserved gift as a small token of our appreciation.
