SOME HOMES ARE WORTH THE WAIT. 🌿

After a long journey of planning, design and determination, we're incredibly excited to see our McCrae project finally preparing to break ground!

Set amongst the trees on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, this new home has been thoughtfully designed to embrace its natural surroundings, with warm materials, striking architectural forms and elevated outdoor living spaces that connect with the landscape.

It's been a journey to get here, but that's what makes this next chapter so rewarding.

A special thank you to our wonderful clients for their patience, trust and unwavering support throughout the process. Their commitment to the vision, even through the challenges along the way, has been instrumental in bringing this project to such an exciting milestone.

From years of planning to the first day on site, the vision is finally becoming reality.

We can't wait to watch this one come to life!

Have a challenging site or a dream home that's been a long time in the making? We'd love to help make it happen.

Designed differently. Grounded in Mornington. 🖤🖤

Renovation is an opportunity to see an existing home differently, to retain what works, rethink what doesn’t, and create something that feels entirely new.

Strong contemporary forms are balanced by natural stone, textured brick and warm timber screening, giving the existing home a bold new architectural identity while keeping it connected to its coastal setting.

A reminder that you don’t always need to start again to create something exceptional.

Thinking about transforming your existing home? Let’s explore what’s possible.

Not every renovation starts with what exists. The best ones start with what's possible.

This Mount Eliza transformation reimagines the way a family lives—opening the home to natural light, creating stronger connections to the garden, and giving every space a purpose.

Because a great renovation isn't about making an old home look new.
It's about creating a home you'll never want to leave.

Thinking about renovating? There has never been a better time to unlock the potential of the home you already own.

The best homes don't demand attention—they earn it. 💚💚💚

Designed for to sit effortlessly within the land, this contemporary residence embraces natural light, generous spaces and a seamless connection to the outdoors. It's a place where architecture fades into the background and life takes centre stage.

Because luxury isn't measured by size.
It's measured by how a home makes you feel.

If you're ready to create a home that's uniquely yours, we'd love to help bring your vision to life.

Architecture isn't just about form. It's about belonging.

The same design. Two completely different expressions.

When materials are chosen to respond to the landscape, not just the architecture, a home feels like it was always meant to be there.

At Graham Jones Design, we create homes where architecture, materiality and site become one.

Which palette would you choose?

The Australian dream has changed!!

It's no longer just about building a house.

It's about creating space to breathe. Space to entertain. Space for family, friends, and a lifestyle that's connected to the landscape.

Designing an acreage property is about seeing the bigger picture, where every building, every outdoor space, every view and every pathway work together to create something truly extraordinary.

With interest returning and confidence growing, there's never been a better time to start planning the property you've always imagined.

Your forever home begins with a masterplan.

🌿 Ready to turn your acreage vision into reality? We'd love to help.
