Kicking off another big one in Albert Park.

Basement 2 aluminium framing now complete, including 16mm furring channel suspended ceilings throughout.

A solid start by the boys as we begin working our way through this project level by level.

KEW — Behind the scenes.

A lot of work goes into creating a ceiling that eventually looks completely seamless.

This project has involved a full 28mm furring channel suspended ceiling system, laser levelled throughout, along with extensive custom framing to form the architectural details across the home.

Bulkheads, pelmets and ceiling features are only part of it — we’ve also had to precisely frame out for over 150 lineal metres of linear bar A/C grilles throughout the ceilings.

With details like these, the finish is only ever as good as the framework behind it. Getting everything straight, level and positioned correctly now is what allows the final plasterwork to come together clean and seamless.
