Essendon, Victoria | Floor Removal. 👷‍♂️💥

Existing floors have to come up cleanly before any new flooring or fit-out can start. Whatever is left behind becomes the next trade's problem.

On this Essendon job, floor removal and waste disposal ran side by side, so the floor came up without debris piling up across the site.

That leaves the builder a cleared slab ready for the flooring and fit-out trades, not a backlog of old floor to deal with first.

Knowing Where the Waste Goes. 👷‍♂️💚

The waste leaving a site is part of the scope, not an afterthought. On commercial and insurance works, builders need to know it's been handled properly once it's out the gate.

Plaster and wall linings come out on most strip-outs. How they come out decides what the next trade walks into.

Linings are cut and removed in controlled sections with full PPE on, taking each wall back to its frame while protecting the structure behind it.

Builders ask what working with us actually looks like. Here is the sequence. 👷‍♂️💚

It starts with a site walk and a written scope, so the works are priced against what is actually there. Programme dates are set against your build schedule, not ours. Engineering assessment is brought in where the structure calls for it, and compliance requirements are worked through before mobilisation.

On site, works are staged so other trades keep moving. Waste leaves as it is generated. A supervisor is on site throughout and OH&S is managed across the works. The last step is the final sweep: the site is cleared, swept and checked before we call it done.

For the builder, that means one point of contact from quote to handover, and a site that is ready for the next trade when the programme says it should be.
